What is the Killer Psyche Patreon paid membership?
A paid membership to Killer Psyche is a paid subscription that allows you to listen to ad-free content, get early access, and unlock bonus content. Additionally, if you subscribe through Patreon, you can listen on both Patreon and Spotify.

How do I subscribe to a membership?
From Patreon
- Go to Patreon and make sure you are logged into your account.
- Ensure you have the Member view selected (not Creator).
- Search for "Killer Psyche (Patreon)".
- Select the page from the search results.
- If you want to pay annually and save, toggle on Pay Annually*.
- Select Join under Choose your Membership.

From Spotify
You can subscribe to the membership on Spotify by searching for the show on Spotify.
- Go to Spotify and make sure you are logged in to your account.
- Search for "Killer Psyche (Patreon)"
- You’ll find that the exclusive content will be marked by a padlock. Click the padlock.
- A prompt will show up, letting you know you need to support the creator to access the exclusive Patreon audio. Click on the Get Access button.
- You’ll be asked to connect your Patreon account to Spotify. You can either log in with your existing account or sign up and create a new one.
- After logging in/creating an account, click Agree.
- If you don’t have a membership with the creator, you’ll be asked to choose a membership to join the creator’s community on Patreon.
- Add your payment information or use a saved payment method if you have an existing account.
- You’ll be taken to a Spotify page listing all the podcasts you have access to.
You can also access your podcasts from your Connected Apps page on Patreon, where you can see a list of Available exclusive Podcasts with links to Listen on Spotify that are available as part of your membership

I signed up through Patreon, how do I listen to exclusive content on Spotify?
You will need to link your account to Spotify. You can link your account from Spotify or from Patreon. Follow these steps to link your account.
I canceled but am still getting charged. What should I do?
At this time, we cannot issue refunds for memberships purchased via Patreon. For specific refund questions, please contact Patreon support.
I'm having trouble accessing my subscription. What should I do?
First, ensure you're signed into the correct account on your chosen platform (Patreon or Spotify). Also, confirm your Patreon subscription is active and accounts are properly connected.

How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to Patreon.com and log into the same Patreon account you used when subscribing.
- Click the settings link from the left-side menu.
- Go to the Memberships tab.
- Locate your membership, and click View Details.
- Click on Cancel Membership, then confirm cancellation.
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
Generally, cancellations are effective at the end of your billing cycle without refunds for partial months. You will retain your original membership access up to the next billing date, which is determined by your join date. You are not billed on the next billing date and lose membership access at that time. For specific refund questions, please contact Patreon support.
