As of late May 2024, we are currently experiencing a high volume of subscription syncing issues between our systems and Apple & Google's systems. We are actively working to resolve this issue for all impacted users. See below for more information and to report your issue so we can prioritize fixing your account.
There are two reasons why your active subscription may not be recognized by our app.
1. If you subscribed via Apple Podcasts, that subscription system is separate from our app's subscription system. See here for more information.
2. From time to time, for subscriptions created in our mobile app (where the subscription and payments component are handled by Apple or Google), Apple or Google's systems may not sync correctly to our backend systems. If you believe you have a current subscription created via our mobile app but you can't access right now, this may be the cause. To fix this, please contact us via this form and we'll jump on it.
